Nirvana is a practice of Kamasutra. In the practice of Kamasutra, woman is  sexually aroused by all the attention to her body, and especially her Yoni; In this stage, the sexual energies are awakened on purpose. Therefore, the Yoni is not only adored and worshiped, but also stimulated and excited and penetrated.
